Return Policy

You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt or proof of purchase. A 25% Restocking Fee Will Be Charged On All Returns, even if the item is in its original packaging. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Special Order Items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled once placed. Special order items may take between 2-8 weeks for delivery.
  • Rated Hitch products are non-returnable, even if in the original packaging.
  • Sale items and Clearance items are non-returnable.
  • We do not accept returns for used or installed products.
  • Returned items must be in original condition and returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, instructions, parts, and packaging materials included.
  • Paintable products must be pre-fit before painting and installation. We will not accept returns on any painted products.

Estimates/Draft Orders are valid for 7 days from the date issued. After this period, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

Refunds and exchanges will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. We will not compensate for damages incurred during installation or for any labor fees under any circumstances.

To return an item, you must obtain a RGA (Return Goods Authorization). Please contact us at info@leduchitch.com or call 780-986-6151 to receive an RGA number. Items returned without an RGA number will be refused and sent back to the customer.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email, within a reasonable period, about your return status. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, minus the 25% restocking fee, and the funds will appear in your original payment method within 1–7 business days.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Items that are used, installed, tampered with, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
  • Rated hitch products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, even if in original, unopened packaging.
  • Special Order Items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Sale items and Clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Vehicle-specific items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • A 25% Restocking fee applies to all approved exchanges.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for both:

  • The cost of returning the item, and
  • The shipping fee for the exchanged item.

Contact our support team at info@leduchitch.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.

If the item qualifies, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization.

Once the item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed.

Order Cancellation

  • Once the order has shipped from our location there is no way to cancel the shipment.
  • If you have ordered something by mistake, please email or call us immediately at info@leduchitch.com or 780-986-6151.

  • Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Warranty Policy

  • Leduc Hitch distributed products are fully guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials as specified by the manufacturer; typically for a period of one year. However, some exceptions apply with longer warranty periods available on certain products.
  • Shorter periods may also apply on some products, such as (but not limited to), Electronics/Wiring, and certain bulbs & lighting.
  • Any defective product will be replaced free of charge, but may be limited to only the defective part on items with multiple parts.
  • Leduc Hitch is not responsible for any paint, labor costs, or freight to and from our location.
  • Authorization (RGA) must be granted by Leduc Hitch prior to returning any products for warranty.  Email info@leduchitch.com with your invoice # and photo of the product.
  • Adequate description of problem or defect must be stated on the RGA.  The terms "defective and junk" are insufficient reasons, and will not be accepted as valid.
